Yoga

My style of yoga is a little bit of that and little bit of this. I incorporate elements of Iyengar and Yin, with Vinyasa dropped in there for that extra sweetness.

Through my style of teaching, which is always focused on breathing through your body of the moment, one connects deeply to present self. This allows us to see who we are presently and learn to accept and work within this body we have been gifted.

In yoga there is no end goal, no judgement of yourself or others. Yoga is about self discovery, self compassion and most importantly self love.   

 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified-Trauma Informed Yoga certified- yoga therapy -Reiki Level 1-Aromatherapy
